Building Sector. . .

.

The building sector (specifically rain water, waste water and water supply management) has been a fertile area for automation for many years. Having been previously involved with key suppliers to the industry and providing class-leading automation into highly pressurised production environments, much experience of this specific sector has been learned.

.

The plastics moulding business is always striving to keep costs controlled and minimise operator numbers, whilst keeping foreign suppliers at bay. With clear advice and excellent knowledge of the sector, Automa8 Ltd can direct manufacturers not only in what has worked effectively in the past, but where effort and automation is worthwhile, and moreimportantly where it is not.

Speak to Automa8 Ltdfor unbiased, clear direction from an independent source, unbridled from traditional automation suppliers with their own agendas. We can supply concepts, costs, timescales and justifications for projects, along with supplier selection (and due diligence if required) on an ongoing basis.

Rainwater:           Gutters and downpipes for household installations in plastics with rubber seals assembly for a variety of common patterns.

.

Waste Water:        Primarily concerned with underground drainage (automated assembly of seals to 100mm and 150mm pipework) along with basin, sink and bath waste pipework seal assembly systems in high volumes using innovative cam based assembly with robotised handling systems.

.

.

Water Supply:       ‘Push fit’ water supply fittings used in water supply and heating systems with various manufacturers. Included vision inspection for 100% quality control and high ‘up-time’ production. Once again, innovative choices of cam and robot combinations proved to be ‘best advice’ for the sector
